Diet menus for our dogs
Share
When our dogs have digestive problems, are vomiting, have diarrhea, or are weakened after surgery, they need one thing above all: rest, attention, and an adapted, wholesome diet.
What exactly is a soft diet?
A bland diet is an easily digestible, well-tolerated diet that relieves stress on your dog's digestive tract. The goal is to stabilize, calm, and gently rebuild the body.
Diet according to BARF principles
Even if you normally feed raw food, you can (and should) switch to cooked or steamed meals for a while if necessary. It's important that the ingredients are natural, easily digestible, and carefully selected. Less is more here.
A few key points:
* If possible, use only 1-2 animal and 1-2 plant components
* Gentle preparation (steamed, boiled, served lukewarm)
* Small portions spread throughout the day
* No fat, no spices, no raw bones
